Defending World Cup Champions, Germany has suffered a humiliating exit from Russia 2018 after finishing bottom of Group F. The German national team finished bottom in the group after a 2-0 defeat to South Korea while Sweden topped the group after a 3-0 win against Mexico. South Korea are also going home but two very late goals have eliminated the Low’s side, who fail to get past the opening stage of a World Cup for the first time since 1938 making it the fourth time in five World Cup tournaments that the defending champions exit the competition at the group stage
